Mike Geary thoroughly enjoys making exercise fun and exciting. In his Truth About Abs book, he goes through many ways to make exercising fun. One such example is his various Card Game Workouts that you receive as a bonus when you visit his website.
He lays out five Crazy Card Game Workouts that is designed for two people. He indicates that these card game workouts are fun and they are a great way to liven up your workouts. Included are photos of what each exercise is. All of these card games utilize all 54 cards where person will draw a card for the other who will then perform the number of reps and exercises that are described comprehensively in the tables included in the article itself. These games are designed for a full-body, intense workout that tones and strengthens everything. The first card game deals with bodyweight exercises. The second is about barbells and dumbbells. The third and fourth are more bodyweight exercises and the fifth deals with exercises titled “The Ab-Assault.”
