There seems to be many good Nutrisystem reviews and many success stories, particularly on their own site. On the website the meals certainly do look delicious and varied, with over 150 dishes to choose from, including frozen and gourmet ones. A courier delivers the meals and the frozen ones are shipped by a special service.
The success stories concentrate on the fact that the meals are so easy to prepare, as they just need to be put in the microwave oven and they are ready. Successful dieters stress how easy it was to stick to the diet as the meals are tasty and filling (due to the use of good carbs and fiber), and convenient for busy dieters.
There are, however, bad reviews as well, including one from a dieter who said he found the food tasteless and dry. As none of the ordinary meals needs to be refrigerated, he wondered about all the preservatives that must be used to keep the food for a month.
